Answer: Pediasure can give both with water and milk it will be mention on box itself . But i noticed by having pediasure they cant take food well. As it is rich in vitamins they r having enough from this. Check for few days if u want. Better try something what baby likes . Potato fries ,wheat noodles ,wheat sandwich like that make healthy food with there interested things .they will get habit .
