Question: How much water should i drink at this time.bcoz i drink very less water.is it safe to drink less water?

Answer: dear, u should drink water atleast 2-3 litres in a day. It's especially important to stay hydrated in the last trimester, when dehydration can cause contractions that can trigger preterm labor,,and risk or urine infection, and also if u not drink water then it causes low amniotic fluid which causes serious complications too. so keep yr body hydrated ,take rest as much u can, eat healthier...
