Answer: Hello dear Just 1 month rest is enough after c section. Till then ur stitches will be completely Heal up and u Will be able to do light work. Try to avoid taking heavy weight as it can put pressure on ur muscles and joints.
Answer: 30 days is fine but don't lift heavy thinks still 3 moths
