#take healthy diet, vegetable and fruit
#drink lots of water..better to drink warm water
#tie cloth on your tummy,area above your stitches
#start doing walk and some gentle exercise
# don't intake more sugar
# rather than taking 3 big meal .. break your meal into multiple small meal
#eat protein rich food, avoid junk and oily food.
#take massage after 1 month to reduce body pain at least for 40 days
#don't lift heavy weight but can start your normal routine work in which hou are comfortable.
