Answer: Hello Dear it is nothing like how many steps yu can walk, but if yur pregnancy is healthy one n yu have no complications then 20 to 30 mins of walk is advisable both morning and evening. Be careful that yu walk slowly and gently. Don't excert yourself. Try to sit in between if yu are tired and regularly sip water inbetween Don't go for walk alone do take a company with yu. Take care
