At 20 months old 9.2-14 kg is an avg weight range and 10 kg is good enough though on leaner side, i wud suggesr pls dont think till the time, baby is active and meething milestones thr is nothing to b worried abt.. At 20 months old baby should hv wht you eat as a family with all varieties and texture, i wud also request you to check ths Home page of your app to hv some idea on the food that you can offer.. anz few suggestions are; Early Morning Milk.. Breakfast: Suji porridge.. Oats apple porridge Plain dosa Dosa Idli with Chutney Upma Baked sweetpotato.. Midmorning: Banana slices Watermelon Sticks Baked carrot/ beans Cheeko Strawberry Yogurt Cheese unsalted. Lunch: Pulao wirh curry.. Spinach rice Tomato rice Daal rice with okra fry Fish rice Paratha with veggies. Chicken soup with whole wheat bread. Afternoon Snack: Fruits smoothie. Fruits salad. Strawberry milk shake.
