You can even try some ginger with honey first in the morning without consuming water after it.. let the essense be in ur throat. Chew it nicely so that the juices could be felt. U can try grating ginger if you cannot chew it and consume with honey.. consume it moderate dont eat it tooo much. It should help. Yet consult the doctor as well.
