22 weeks pregnant mother

Question: Hii I am 22 week pregnant ,now my weight is 66 kg, can I loose my weight now?,if I am loose my weght now, any problem to my baby?

Answer: Hi dear pregnancy is not the right time to lose weight. Yes if you will try to lose weight it can affect development and growth of your Unborn child. You can maintain proper weight by taking small amount of food after every 2 hours and if its a normal pregnancy without complication then walking for 45 minutes to an hour will be very helpful for you. UIDAI should reach in in green vegetables fruits beans lentils legumes egg Fish chicken whole grain cereals etc. Drink plenty amount of water and take care of yourself.
