Question: High blood sugar after dinner. Dictor given me a tablet but i dont want to take medicine. What should i do

Answer: Cut down all the sugar from ur diet, eat 5 times a day in small portion instead of 3 times heavy meal ...eat low sugar fruits like apple orange etc ...avoid banana watermelon papaya etc... eat brown bread or extra whole grain chapati instead of normal atta .. or u have to eat medicines because it can cause ur baby's heart to become weak...u should take care and control ur sugar...if h will not control then many more prblms can come...u may even get insulin injections instead of medicine twice a day...its only a matter of time...aftr ur baby u can have a normal life
