Planning for pregnancy

Question: Hie.. I want to conceive but the problem is I did my body checkup and it shows less of b12 low calcium.. And even my back pains so badly less of vitamins D.. I am a non-vegetarian but mostly I eat vegetables.. I want to know what should I eat to cover all these

Answer: Best source of vitD is early morning sunlight. Take it daily for about 10-15mins. U can even take vitD tablets but ask ur doctor to prescribe it to u.. eat more green vegetables and try to drink milk daily. Ask ur gynic for pcod n other scans so that u can become pregnant.
