Answer: make sure u keep moving.It could be due to calcium or vitamin d deficiency.Also keep a check on your blood sugar parameter to check for diabetes.one of the reasons could also be due to increased sensitivy in lower limb nerves which could again cause the pain.

Answer: put your both legs in warm water with little salt. for knee pain put some ajwain in mustard oil and roast ajwain till brown and apply this oil on your knee.
