Planning for pregnancy

Question: Hi, today makes 5 days without getting my period, I've been doing pregnancy tests since day 1 of my missed period but I keep getting Negative results. My symptoms are, constipation, headaches, my nipples are very delicate, frequent lower abdominal and stomach pains, and frequent urination. Since that I've had my period, I get it exactly every 28 days, for 4 to 5 days. my last pregnancy(2018 feb) was ectopic case. right now I am planning for pregnancy .... Is there any way I can be pregnant?

Answer: Hi dear, I am sorry fo your last ectopic episode.usually in ectopic pregnancies,the beta HCG levels would be comparatively low.i am scaring you with another ectopic pregnancy her.but just to make you aware of this fact.now the you have been getting negativ results,seems like your pregnancy hormones have not risen enough to show positive result.its said to wait one week post missed period and only test for pregnancy.also use first urine in morning for the test.as only during that time the pregnancy hormones are at peak.i would advice you to go for tvs earliest by 6 weeks to rule out ectopic again.also you can get your blood test done now to check the hormone levels

Question: Hiii everyone.. I'm lil upset i had all Pregnancy Symptoms like.. Morning Sickness, Frequent urination, Missed Period,(last period was 11th June) Constipation, Headaches, back pain, Cramping, and Dizziness. But my pregnancy test is negative...😣
