Answer: Hello dear... please don't stress yourself dear because stress play an important role in conceiving If your periods are on right track, you can wait for couple of months,start tracking your ovulation date As your periods are regular,so that you can have intercourse at ovulation time,which occurs between 11-16 days,of next period which helps to conceive soon Drink plenty of water during ovulation period, it will increase your vaginal liquid which will helps to conceive Have buttermilk and fresh juices on ovulation period,helps in reducing body heat,will help you in conceiving soon Take iron rich foods like greens, vegetables,whole grain Daily eat groundnut Chikki it will helps a lot during TTC... Personally me did this and got results Keep your mind relaxed by hearing songs,gardening,reading books so that you won't get much tensed. If you are so tensed it is essential to consider gynecologist advise...
Answer: Hii dont worry as iy is not necesaary to get pregnant as soon as u get marry. after marriage a women go though so many harmonal changes. stay slow . U can get to know ur ovulation first. Once you know your time frame for ovulation, plan to have sex during your most fertile window, which is two to three days before ovulation through the day you ovulate. If you're not sure when your fertile period will be, aim to have sex every day or every other day during the second and third weeks of your healthy diet and consult doctor and get require check ups to make sure it body is ready to conceive healthy pregnancy. Take calcium and iron tablets one month before planning, avoid alcohol and smoking. Eat healthy fruits and vegetables. Avoid junk foods. Make sure to have a healthy life style for u as well ur partner. Avoid eating papaya pineapple and black grapes.

Include banana in your morning meal and keep some healthy snacks always by your side. Avoid smells of food that give you vomiting feeling, try to go for morning walk to get fresh air. Drink 8-12 glasses of water everyday and keep yourself hydrated. For Constipation you can eat high fibre foods like pulses like rajma, chole, ragi and fruits like guava. Reduce intake of maida refined foods. Indulge in some light form of exercising, like a 30 mins walk Hope you feel better soon!
