You can also introduce dhal water,rice porridge,helps in easy digestion, can also make multigrain sathu mavu porridge,it is an better option and very nutrious food for baby.. You can also include fruit juice like Apple Chikoo papaya Orange You can also include mashed fruit puree like Apple ,banana has lot of nutritional benefits needed for baby's development

Answer: Dear you can start with home made food like sooji kheer, porridge(dalia), banana, sooji halwa, pulses meshed and boiled properly. Cerelac may be used but i prefer home made foods.cerelac may be given easily when you areStart with home made foods travelling. Start one food product and give same for 3 to 5 days and then add another one. It will help develop taste. Initially only spoons 2 to 3 he will eat then increase it day by day..

    Thank u so much mam... i thought to continue cerelac for till one year... is that ok.. ?? Now i am planning to start with wheat apple flavour.. is that ok ?? For 6 months there were 3 options cerelac ie. Rice and wheat and wheat Apple flavor...

Dinner ¼ cup aloo curry and soya granules with 1 chapatti or ½ cup rice. 1 chapatti or parantha with ¼ cup matar paneer . ¼ cup dal, with 1 chapatti or ½ cup rice and a seasonal vegetable like carrot, bhindi, gobhi, etc. 1 slice of whole wheat bread topped with chopped vegetables like cottage cheese, capsicum, beans, onions and tomatoes. ½-1 small parantha with ¼ cup paneer kofta curry. Answer: Hi You may start with rice water, Dal water, homemade fresh yougurt do not add sugar to it ,pureed banana, steamed carrot, potato, sweet potato, pear ,apple Just be careful when your introduce any new food Give your baby a mouthful and observe for a day if he digests it well If yes then gradually increase the quantity to a small cup If unable to digest wait for a month and then reintroduce it
