10 weeks pregnant mother

Question: Hi now a days am sleeping right side only i can't slept left side what can i do pls suggest me???

Answer: Hi.. Dear you can sleep on your side. Sleeping on back for a little while is ok, but not longer. Sleeping on your left side will increase the amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta and your baby. Keep your legs and knees bent, and put a pillow (Maternity pillow) between your legs...
Answer: Now a days this is not a big problem but try to change ur sleeping position to left side but strictly avoid sleeping on back
Answer: Left side sleeping wud b preferable but no problem if u even sleep right side
