Question: hiii frnds....I suddenly broke into pain in my upper abdominal in morning...anyone plz let me know how to avoid this as it is really painful....
Answer: Here are a few tips on how to relieve abdominal pain during pregnancy. These are simple home remedies and include traditional activities; however, if you are experiencing severe pain please consult your Doctor. Take small meals Take small meals every short time to prevent abdominal pain and gas formation. Take some exercise Conduct relaxation exercise that helps in relieving muscle cramps and relaxing stretched muscles. For instance, whenever you feel pain in your upper abdominal region, you should contract yourself in a fetal position and then slowly stretch your body. Continue doing this for a few minutes, relief will be felt shortly Avoid constipation In some conditions, women may experience abdominal pain because of constipation, a common complaint of pregnant women. To prevent and counter this, women are advised to incorporate in their diet high fiber foods.  Enough fluid intake Drinking sufficient quantities of water can prevent abdominal pain caused by constipation and bloating Urinate more often As the pregnancy proceeds, the uterus starts to grow and occupy more space. This pushes onto the urinary bladder and increases pressure on the bladder. If urine is not passed frequently then abdominal pain is felt. Relax in good positions Taking frequent breaks from work as well as activity and relax your body by lying or sitting in comfortable position, especially during the later stages of pregnancy. These strategies can prevent muscle fatigue and cramps, thereby minimizing the intensity and frequency of abdominal pain.
