Answer: Hey are you trying for pregnancy😊, if yes then you should take a pregnancy test to confirm whether you are pregnant or not as well as you can take a beta HCG blood test as well to confirm it. But sometimes because of hormonal changes also you can get delayed period, I too suffered post pregnancy with this problem. So, wait for few more days and if you pregnancy test comes negative then consult doctor for the same.
Answer: You could be pregnant and that is why you are facing all these symptoms 😊 I would suggest you please take a pregnancy home test if you have not already taken and visit your gynac if needed..all the best..

Answer: Hi dear, I think it is mainly due to bloating.Yes, bloating is one of the side effect of pregnancy hormones.it slows down the digestion there by increasing the water retention in body.you can help yourself by consuming more water, being active and consuming less salt in diet.spicy and deep fried food could increase the bloating,so refrain from having such food.eat great , clean, moderate spicy food.and keep sipping fluids through out the day.if you have complain of constipation, then bloating episodes would be more.so keep your gut clean by having more fibre in meals.include walking daily, which help in circulating fluids in body and thereby release bloating.

Question: Heavy back pain can't sleep at night Pls can you tell me d solution pls
Answer: Hello, I'm happy to help. During pregnancy, your body makes a hormone called relaxin that allows ligaments in the pelvic area to relax and the joints to become looser in preparation for the birth process. The same hormone can cause ligaments that support the spine to loosen, leading to instability and pain. Here are a few tips that might relieve you from back pain : Ice or heat packs. Sleep on your left side, and use a support pillow under your knees. If these dosent help, please consult your gynecologist for further treatment. Take care.
