Question: My baby 7mnth old he fell down frm bed... Pls gve sme suggestion
Answer: Hello, Dear when babies started crawling or turning over it's completely normal that they will fell down ,so you have to be extra careful for your baby.. so as of now if baby is active and feeding properly and doing everything normally, then there is nothing to worry. but if there is any vomiting after fell down or any change in behaviour then it's better to consult with your doctor. otherwise baby is completely fine if there is any bump on baby's head or anywhere just do some mild hot compress on the area and baby is good to go..

Question: my mariege has 3 year bt i dnt have any baby plz gve me sme tips
Answer: Hi dear if u r trying for pregnancy from more than an year then u need to consult doctor and get ur fertility checked. If you have regular, unprotected sex for a year you will get pregnant. Know your cycle you only get a baby when a sperm meets an egg and that egg only comes usually once a month, around day 14 in your cycle. The egg only survives for a day or two, so there's only a limited window each month during which you can actually get pregnant. It's probably around six days. You are likely to have better quality sperm if you have sex regularly, so continue to do so throughout the month, but realise that the most fertile time is around the time of ovulation.Folic acid and a check up Women who are thinking about getting pregnant should take a 400mcg supplement each day. Some women are advised to take a 5mg folic acid supplement each day, for example, those with coeliac disease or diabetes. It's also good to have a pre-conception check up with your GP.
