Answer: Hi. Congratulations dear. I too am a B(-) mom. And its nothing like risky pregnancy at all specially when its your first pregnancy. But you do need to take care if few things which includes to maintaining your hb level as your blood group is rare it can be difficult in future if hb decreases. Second thing is to take your vaccination religiously. Although in first pregnancy anti dots are not required but some doctors for being on safe side do give 2 dosage of anti -D. Once your baby is born then his blood group would be checkd if baby will be of rh(-) then nothingbis to be done but if baby would be of different rh you will be again given a anti -d to minimize the risk in future pregnancy. So dont worry dear and enjoy. I never felt any thing risky in my pregnancy and my baby is also a healthy one. Good luck.
