Question: Hi my baby is turning to 6 months on 14th July 18, now what should be the diet chart for her..??

Answer: U can now start with cerelac with little more water..it should not be thick.. moong dal pani with very little salt.mashed banana..soak sabudana in some water for at least 2 hrs..then boil it and strain.add some sugar or salt which u prefer..give it to Ur baby in his bottle..dip a bread in milk which u give to Ur baby..add pinch of sugar..give little amount of it to him..u can then increase the quantity by passage of tym.but remember..give these solids once in day..not more Dan day.. afterwards u can give twice thrice also

Early Morning: breastmilk or formula milk At 10 give half mashed banana or half steamed apple At 1 give half katori dal ka pani or chawal ka pani or cerelac At 4 milk At 7 give vegetable soup or sooji upma( both should be of watery consistency) At 11 milk You can add new food item also.
