Question: Hi my baby is 5 months old.. When he go motion its seem to be tight.. Is it any problem if he goes motion very tightly

Answer: It is normal as babies take time to adjust completely with their digestive system.. Make sure you burp your baby after feeding.. Try cycling exercise with baby legs which helps in gas passage and ease of motion.. And another exercise taking baby knees till tummy and to straight normal.. Tummy time also helps but there should be a gap between feeding time and tummy time as baby may spit milk and cause discomfort.. Massage warm castor oil on baby's tummy in circular motion when baby is active and play mode.. this also helps..
