8 months old baby

Question: Hi my baby is 8 months old !!he has small pimples on his full face what should i do suggest??

Answer: It can be milia or miliaria..check with a skin specialist or paediatrician..it can be treated..

    one day later my babys red pimples started on my baby face which is like allergy or skin infection .it is on the chin and cheeks .i aam little worried .could u please suggest wat to use
