Answer: Hi dear, Third trimester me hamesha preshani rehti hai. Aapka weight aur size dono bade ho jate hai. Uske alawa,kafi hormones imbalances bhi gone lagte hai,jisje karan thakan gone lagti hai. Leg pain bhi body weight ke Karan ho Sakta hai.apni neend poori kare, Saath hi subah walk kare. Kitna hi sake active rehne ki koshish Kare. Healthy , nutritious Khana khaye.meetha Kam khaye air khoob paani piye. Khana ek time me bohat na khaye,small frequent meals Lene se sugar balanced rehta hai aur energy Bani rehti hai.

So e tips to ease ur leg pain: 1 Elevate your feet when resting, if possible. 2 Use a heating pad or gentle massage on the back of your thigh . 3 soak your legs in hot water. 4 Avoid standing for long hours . 5 Try taking a hot shower or bath 6 start low impact exercises like walk. 7 if these remedies do not work ask your doctor too add  calcium or magnesium supplements to you diet.

Answer:  hi dear this is common during pregnancy to minimise the pain you can dip your legs in in warm water and put some salt in it massage with luke warm mustard oil is also very helpful you can also use hot water bottle to release the pain you can apply some muscle relaxants too they will give you a relief but cramps and pain are part of the pregnancy you have to bear it right so start enjoying them... take care...
