Few days old baby

Question: Hi Moms, I delivered my baby on 20th July, its 25 days almost. I have heard that mom loose weight while breastfeeding but soon gain weight which is hard to loose. I want to start early so that its not too late. Can u help me know when can i start and what should i do like yoga or walking?

Answer: U basically can't do much now. You can start any light exercise or yoga after 6 months. After 3 or 4 months u can start walking with the baby. Drink jeera water daily or else saunf water. This helps in digestion, weight loss and also breastmilk production.
