Mera belly fat ka problem hy ju k meri belly jb main bed py sedhi let'ti hun tu bilkul flat ho jati hy uski skin py jhuriyan si par jati hy matlab skin boht loose ho jati hy jb k jb main sedhi khari hoti hun tu meri belly sakhat ho jati hy jesy 4 ya 5 month lga hu esa kyun hy kis waja sy hy . Aur main apni belly kese reduce kr skti hun

Answer: To reduce fat after delivery all u need is way water, a few drops of lemon and if u would like a dash of salt or a teaspoon of honey can also be added for a little taste. Apart from this breastfeeding makes it easier to lose weight since the body burns additional calories to produce milk. Then u can hv apples, not only apples are very healthy choice for snacking rather then cookies and chips. Hydration is also very important to reduce belly fat drinking at least 3 litres of water daily is necessary if u want to reduce ur weight. So plan ur diet accordingly. Take care.
