20 weeks pregnant mother

Question: Hi, me 2 months pregnant hu.. or mujhe bhukh nhi lgti. just lunch hi kr pati hu subah b milk se zyada kuch nhi liya jata or rat ko to bilkul bhukh nhi lgti.. as per doctor's prescription I'm taking calcium and folic acid medicine daily.. plz suggest

Answer: It is normal in the first trimester.IIt is what is known as morning sickness.Dont have milk first thing in the morning,infact have some solid food in the morning.Apart from tis u can try having a bite of ginger or just lick on lemon.It helps.But dont worry,u will get bettr in the 2nd trimester

Answer: No dear its nt gd ....baby need sufficient calcium fr development of bone ....if u don't take calcium baby take baby take calcium frm ur bones ...so ur bones get week day by day ....nd folic acid also necessary rather than baby cnt develop properly so dont avoid these tab ....if u dont like thn ask ur gyno fr it
