Answer: Hi dear, Sleep on left side only.i think it could be due to some pressure on some organs when you turn right side.if you are worried you could get a scan done to be in peace.since you are in final weeks if your pregnancy, and obviously are quite big now,it could be due to some pressure only.

Question: I am 29 week pregnant.. And as everyone says its better to sleep on your left side... Bt I feel more comfortable to sleep on my right side... Is it harmful for my baby to sleep on my right side??
Answer: Hello dear, I can understand your situation, you have habit to sleep on your side, but in pregnancy     Sleeping on your left side will increase the amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta and your baby. Keep your legs and knees bent, and put a pillow between your legs. These suggestions may not sound completely comfortable, especially if you are used to sleeping on your back or stomach, but try them out. Keep in mind that you may not stay in one position all night, and rotating positions is fine. Hope it helped.... Take care urself....
