Question: Hi mam, Mai 27 week pregnant hu, or meri sugar badh gayi hai, to plz diet suggest me and Mai badam kha sakati hu kya, naral pani pi sakati hu kya

Answer: yes even my sugar has increased. doctor told me to eat almonds n walnuts .eat rice but in small quantity. eat aftrs interval mtlb thoda thoda khaao. total 5 tyms. eat fruits in a day.n bowl full of salad in lunch n dinner too n sabzi roti dal .n avoid rice in nite. don't drink fruit juices .u cant eat banana chikoo strawberry papaya sitaphal .baaki sab khaa skte hai.
