Answer: Hi dear getting such pain during pregnancy is due to ur digestion which gone slow and back pain as ur body is changing the gravity of center of ur body.do make sure to have 8 tk 10 glasses of water as proper liquid intake will keep ur digestion well. Also for back pain u va. Do mild exercise if ur doctor allows.do it u der expert supervision.

Answer: I have also same problem but my doc never give me any painkiller she recommended me to have apply voiline spray 3-4 times in a day and use hot water bag...it doesn't rid of pain but I can bear it for sake of my baby health as painkiller is not good for her
