Answer: Hi! Congratulations! You have to keep latching her. only latching will bring in milk. dont expect to have milk when u latch her. Whenever she is awake, first breastfeed as long as u can. in most cases u cannot see the first thick foremilk. so just keep feeding the colostrum one or two drops is fine fr the tiny stomach. more the latching/feeding- the earlier the milk will come in. Stay calm and keep trying. Hope this helps!

Question: I am 60 days baby mom. Brest milk kudukurapa romba painah iruku. Breastla crack mathri iruku ena pandrathu nu solunga.
Answer: It is a situation for every first time mom. As nipples are usually not protruded and they only protrude when baby sucks on. Until.and unless you have flat nipples there is no such cause to worry. If you see bleeding or a lot of pain cracking of nipples then apply nipcare cream after every feed. Wipe off just before feeding....reapply 4-5 times But do not worry pain is natural. Always do a warm compress over breasts from top till nipples it will help increase blood flow also ease out pain. You can apply warm wet muslin cloth on your areola and do compress this will naturally relive pain. Do not worry.
