Answer: Try to take beetroot and carrot juice daily. And take dates daily two to three...take more water at 4 litre a day throughout pregnancy... It helps u a lot... All the best New mom
Answer: u have to increase ur blood percentage.drink grap juice and promegranate juice also. improve naturaly.take every day nuts also like pista badam.no prbs definitely increse.
