Answer: Hi better stop usage of salt in food try to use little bit of it because high bp creates many problems in pregnancy.same problem was faced by my cousin during her pregnancy doctor said her to avoid salt .
Answer: Eat guava it stabilizes BP, avoid spicy food, and red meet.......
