Question: Hi...its my 7th month .... my diet is suba uth k apple khati hu then nasta krti hu ...thr k yogurt khati hu usk aik ganty bad doodp piti hu ...then lunch....phr koi sham ko fruit wagera kha k dinner krti hu then milk...its my diet chart....its enough ya mujy kuch r b khana chye ...Dr khti ha zyada khayz kro smj nai ati kya khao r????

Answer: Pregnamcy ke third trimestr me 7th to 9th extra calories ki jarurat rehti hai... Par aapka jo diet chart hai wo bilkul sahi hai... Kisi bhi chij ko over mat khana...sab chije thodi quantity me khana... Aapka weight gain sahi ho raha hai usper dhyan de.. agar phir bhi kuch jarurat pade to protien suppliment jaise ke mamma protinex, mother horlicks ye sab aap le sakti hai milk ke sath.. dr ke contacte hamesha rahe...

Answer: hello. dear many congratulations... yeh diet bilku sahi but i d=suggest you to avoid completely grapes... grapes , papaya and pineapple should be avoided in pregnancy. baaki ke diet poora follow kijiye uske saat thoda exercise like walking kijiye, ache se pani pijiye, chchiye tho dahi ya buter milk or coconut water bhee include kar sakte ho... all the best dear and happy pregnancy
