Question: Hi,Im 28 weeks pregnant,i don't get time to walk in morning so i walk for 15 to 20 min after dinner is it safe? actually im a teacher so everday during teaching i have to stand n walk.

Answer: When I was pregnant I never had routine exercises and walks as I had backache..I used to walk when I had to go for shopping only.So that doesnot make any difference..I used to sleep in the eve..Eventhough I had normal delivery on 27th August.
Answer: Actually you should have to walk everyday in the morning atlest 1/3 km for normal delivery and better u teach your student by sitting instead of standing because baby get relax in sitting position ..
