Question: Hi...im 19+ week pregnant.how many dates,cashew,badam,pistha,can eat per day?

Answer: Anything taken in limit would b healthy Have 3-4 badam a day specially in morning with warm milk. Soaking madam in water overnight is it choice. Dates produces heat in our body... So be cautious before having them 2-3 max a day... More dates can even sometimes cause bleeding. Cashew and pista have lot of cholesterol... U even put on weight if u have them... So if u r already having weight then required then pls don't have dem.. If u r under weight den have 3 each max a day... Pista even cause constipation sometimes...Eat healthy and take care
