Question: Hi...im 7 month pragant..now my bp is140/100...its dangerous for baby growth....plz guide me

Answer: hi your BP is slightly on the higher side you should consult to the doctor for medications also take good rest do not take stress you should reduce the intake of salt you should reduce fried food and oily food or packed food and area that food also caffeine should be avoided you should have plain nuts instead of saltiness this will help in maintaining the blood pressure levels also take walks regularly
