Answer: Hello ! Acne or pimples are common during pregnancy. In fact, more than one out of every two pregnant women can expect to develop acne. In some cases, the acne may be severe. The primary cause of acne when you're pregnant is the increased hormone levels in the first trimester. For pimples you can apply there home remedies. 1.Prepare turmeric paste and apply on the acne.Leave it on for an hour or so and then wash it off.Turmeric paste can also be left on overnight. Apply it on daily basis. 2.Apply lemon juice on the acne using a Q-tip.Leave the juice on an hour or so.Rinse your face with water. Do this twice a day and every night, before going to bed. 3. Take fresh aloevera gel. Leave the gel on for half an hour and then rinse it off. If it doesn’t feel too sticky, you can leave the gel on overnight as well. Apply it on daily basis before going to bed. Apart from the remedies, here are few things to do for healthy skin. Here are some best practices to help your skin stay beautiful, glowing, and free of acne. Don’t pop, pick, scratch, or squeeze acne sores. This can increase irritation and cause scarring. Keep your skin hydrated by drinking purified water. Avoid carbonated beverages and too much caffeine. Eat a nutritious diet with fresh fruits and vegetables, lean sources of protein, and healthy fats like avocado and nuts. Avoid refined sugars and processed foods. Give yourself time to rest and relax. Stress and fatigue can trigger acne outbreaks. Change your pillowcases and towels often. Avoid touching your face, which can introduce bacteria. Wash your hair regularly, particularly if it’s oily, and try to keep it off your face. If you wear makeup, use oil-free products labeled “non-comedogenic” or “non-acnegenic.” Mare sure to wash off your makeup before going to bed. Always consult with your doctor before using over-the-counter treatments. As far the baby movements are concerned , Ideally pregnant ladies start feeling around 19-24 weeks. But if it's your first pregnancy than you might feel bit later. According to the baby growth initially the movements are not that intense and you feel occasionally. Those gentle fluttering feelings in your tummy (quickening) are your baby's movements. But if you had a baby before than you might feel as early around 13-16 weeks. But if you didn't feel till 24 weeks do check with your doctor. She will check baby heartbeat. Hope, this was helpful to you. Take care
