If u are feeling tired of nausea then u can try following foods:
Oatmeal,Bananas, Nuts, Curry, Eggs, Avocado, Dark Chocolate, Berries, leafy greens, salmon, water.
To overcome nausea try following tips:
1. Take lots of rest
2. Eat little but frequently
3. Eat lemons, ginger during pregnancy
4. Stay hydrated
Question: my baby is suffering from loose motions earlier there was vomiting and fever also.but now only loose motions are there.she is not even drinking milk and not able to sleep properly.trying. is there any home remedy for the same
Answer: Hello dear, If your baby has loose motion, one of the most common reason could be teething in babies.
Cook a half a cup of rice powder with enough water for ten minutes. Add a teaspoon of salt and some more water to make it up to 1 liter. Give your baby some spoonful of this liquid to fill up any lost salts or fluids.
You do not have to force-feed the baby. A diarrhoea-stricken person needs more liquids than solids.
Babies who eat solids should continue with their normal food. Foods that are rich in soluble fiber like oats, carrots and bananas good during this time. You must give light-foods to your babies.

Khichdi (cook with more water to make it soft)
Bananas (Works great)
Coconut water – helps in re-hydration too.

Question: I am 11 week pregnant.i am not getting free motion pls suggest me any remedies or tips to get free motion. I am trying to take hot water morning and evening but getting vomting immediately.but for normal water& routine food not getting vomting.
Answer: Hello dear this is due to constipation. So please drink more water and take more fibre rich food. Avoid taking fried food, junk food. And also avoid taking more maida rich food, ice cream, chocolates ,whit bread. Take more fruits and vegetables and also green leaves. Drink more water take , banana, apple, potato all this will help to pass stool easily. Keep your body temperature cool.
