Question: Hi.iam just concern about the pain that I get while I am sleeping at night...i notice I having really bad back pain with abdo pain...i usually sleep on the side ways...iam currently 5weeks pregnant...

Answer: Not to worry dear, its very normal. Dont take any medicjnes.... ur baby is gaining weight dlthats why u r getting back n abdo pain

Sleeping on your left side will increase the amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta and your baby. Keep your legs and knees bent, and put a pillow (Maternity pillow) between your legs.... The support of pillows will ease your back pain, incase you are really troubled or It is unbearable ask your gynaecologist to recommend a mild medicine..
