Question: Hi.iam just concern about the pain that I get while I am sleeping at night...i notice I having really bad back pain with abdo pain...i usually sleep on the side ways...iam currently 5weeks pregnant...

Answer: Not to worry dear, its very normal. Dont take any medicjnes.... ur baby is gaining weight dlthats why u r getting back n abdo pain

Answer: Hi.. Dear you can sleep on your side. Sleeping on back for a little while is ok, but not longer. Sleeping on your left side will increase the amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta and your baby. Keep your legs and knees bent, and put a pillow (Maternity pillow) between your legs.... The support of pillows will ease your back pain, incase you are really troubled or It is unbearable ask your gynaecologist to recommend a mild medicine..
