Question: Hi I miss planning for pregnancy..i have thyroid problem proscribe and pcod I have been taking dronis 30 until July and then stopped and tried for pregnancy but got negative results...then stopped trying... Now again we r planning from this month (Oct) fr baby and my last period date is August 25..now I am having slight spotting..i am not sure when I am ovulating and I want to try for baby when should I?

Answer: First of all continue your thyroid medicine. Ovulation is usually about 14 days after the first day of your last period, if your cycle is around 28 days long. An egg lives for about 12-24 hours after being released. So be active from 13 to 16 th day of your cycle to get positive result.
