Answer: Sometimes periods gets disturbed but it should not be a regular occurrence. So make sure to consult doctor if it happens in the coming months. The best way to increase your odds of getting pregnant quickly is to make sure that you are having sex at the right time in your cycle. If you have regular cycles, you will ovulate around two weeks before your period. This means your fertile window will be the seven days before your expected ovulation. So if ur period starts 1st July then ur ovulation days would start on 14th July and u should have sex between 8th July and 14th July to getbthe best results. Pay attention to your diet. For both men and women, food and fertility are linked. Stick to a balanced diet to boost your chances of a healthy baby. Eat several servings of fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and calcium-rich foods such as yogurt, cheese, and milk every day.

Answer: Dear till 35 days is considered normal however if it more than 35 you may have to consult gynae and also use ovulation kit to know your exact ovulation day so that you can concieve. Having irregular periods would also mean your ovulation isn't regular as well so for that ovulation kit would be helpful. Hope it helps.

Question: Hi, I'm 33 years old My periods was on 1st feb and my cycle fluctuate between 30-35 days so when we should start trying for a baby? And should we try daily or alternative days?
Answer: Hi dear.... Firstly congrats for your thoughts to become pregnant.... The logic behind is 14th day after your periods... As a young couple under the age of 35, if you have been having unprotected sex regularly, it should take a maximum of 6 months to conceive a baby. However, it is probably time to seek medical help if you have not conceived despite trying for over a year. The same recommendation goes for couples over the age of 35, who have not conceived after a period of 6 months. At the same time, it is important to remember that conceiving can take time. It is estimated that a healthy 30-year old woman only has a 20% chance of getting pregnant any given month. Hence, as a couple, you must not stress about not getting pregnant, and must continue to enjoy your sex life regularly. Listed below are some of the basic steps you must take as a couple to increase your chances of conception: Ensure that you are having sex regularly. According to fertility experts, you should have sex regularly, but not daily, as sperm can easily survive up to 7 days. Maintain sufficient time gap between the incidences of sexual intercourse, in order to give enough time for the sperm to build up. Additionally, there are only 6 days in a month when you can conceive a baby. This includes the 5 days prior to ovulation, along with the day of ovulation.
