Question: Hi I'm 5 week pregnant n my BP is 80/50mm hg.... Previously it used to be 100/60 mm hg is it normal

Answer: Hello dear. It is low. Readings below 90/60 mm Hg indicate low blood pressure, or hypotension. Eating a varied and nutrient-rich diet is especially important during pregnancyand may help reduce symptoms where possible. Your doctor may also recommend you to increase your daily salt intake as it helps in raising ur blood pressure during pregnancy. Taking salt water will help. Having coffee, soaked raisins, basil(tulsi) juice with honey, beetroot juice will all help u in raising ur blood sugar levels. Hope it helps.

Answer: Hello! The Bp is on the lower side. Bp less than 120/80 is low bp, though Low BP wont impact much but still at extreme low may create severe issues.1. Eat a diet high in salt2. Improve your fluid intake 3. Avoid lifting heavy object 4. You may feel dizzy after meals, try eating smaller, more frequent meals. Take care
