8 weeks pregnant mother

Question: Hi I'm 7 week pregnant..During my first scan doctor said that I have 2 yolk sac in which one has cardiac activity and other has no foetal presence..does that mean iam having twins?..

Answer: Yes but only one baby seems healthy.. Other dont seems to b normal..
