Yoy need to undergo medication to regularize your cycle mostly women with 40 or longer cycles may not ovulate at all hence its tough to find out the fertile window, it happens dus to hormonal imbalance pls see a gynae and undergo medication this would help you to regularize the cycle and help in conception..

In irregular periods,to track ovulation is tricky.so either get an ovulation kit or observe the following signs of ovulation:
1- discharge changes from thick white to egg white consistency
2- mild abdominal cramp or back ache
3- mild increase in body temperature
4-increase in libido or sex urge
6- mild spotting
Usually it comes 10-16 days post period.
