Answer: Hello dear, Piles medication isn’t the only answer here are a few other things you can try to speed up your recovery. Wash your bottom with plain water on  and dry yourself well. Loose fitting cotton underwear will help you feel fresh. Soak a cloth in iced water, wring it out and hold it gently against the piles. Pat the area, rather than rubbing it. Go to the pooty whenever you feel, avoid putting pressure while pooty. Avoid too much sitting or standing and relax in a warm bath if you're troubled by itching. If that doesn't suit you, some people recommend an ice pack instead.....To reduce the pain felt due to piles, drink buttermilk to which rock salt, ginger and peppercorns has been added. Have this twice a day. To seek relief from bleeding due to piles, powder a teaspoon of mustard seeds and mix it with half a cup of goat's milk, adding a little sugar also. Take care urself....

Question: my baby is suffering frm cold &cough plz suggest me some remedy i also use nasoclear
Answer: You can try these remedies but it will take some time to get recovered. Lots of rest Fighting an infection takes energy and can wear a child out. When your child's resting, he's healing. And that's exactly what he needs to do. Steamy air Breathing moist air helps loosen the mucus in the nasal passages. A warm bath is very relaxing, too. Have a humidifier or a cool-mist vaporizer going at night and during naps and playtime in the bedroom. Let a hot shower run for several minutes. Then give your child a warm bath or just sit with her in the steamy bathroom Saline drops and a bulb syringe Drops clear the nose when kids are too young to blow their nose. Tip your child's head back and squeeze two or three saline drops into each nostril to thin and loosen the mucus. Try to keep his head still afterward for 15 to 30 seconds. Squeeze the bulb of the syringe, then gently insert the rubber tip into his nostril. Gently close off the other nostril with your finger. Slowly release the bulb to collect mucus and saline solution. Remove the syringe and squeeze the bulb to expel the mucus into a tissue. Wipe the syringe and repeat with the other nostril. Repeat procedure if needed. Vapor rubs Vapor rubs may help kids sleep better at night. Research suggests they make the cold sufferer feel as though she's breathing better by producing a cooling sensation in the nose. You can find vapor rub products made specifically for babies 3 months and older. Natural vapor balms are available, too, if you'd prefer not to use products that contain petroleum or paraben

Question: i m suffering from piles..plz suggest something..its vry painful
Answer: Apply coconut oil to the hemorrhoids. It has antibacterial and antifungal properties which can help with the itching. It can relieve pain and inflammation and should help hemorrhoids to heal in a few days. Witch hazel compress. Soak a pad in organic witch hazel, freeze, and apply to hemorrhoids (great for postpartum too!). These can soothe and heal the inflamed area. Aloe vera. Apply aloe to the inflamed area for relief. Best to use fresh aloe vera from the leaves of a plant. Whole Foods sells large aloe leaves or you can get a plant at your local nursery. If those aren’t options, be sure to use a pure aloe vera without added chemicals and fragrances. Wet wipe. Instead of using dry toilet paper, try using natural baby wipes or witch hazel wipes to avoid more irritation. Acupuncture. If circulation is to blame for your hemorrhoids, acupuncture can help get things moving. Acupuncture can also improve muscle function, which can help with pregnancy hemorrhoids.
