31 weeks pregnant mother

Question: hi I m 31week pregnant ND cervix length is 2cm. os open 6.5mm nd some 1 told me about Betnesole short. it's helps to mature baby lungs. if in case I go for early labor means before 37 week. but thing is that I dnt knw how many nd when to start this. plz help me if ny1
