Answer: Hello Dear Do not try any medicines during pregnancy without your doctor's permission.You can try these home remedies:- You can also use following best home remedies for cold during pregnancy : •During pregnancy, it’s best to consume 1 crushed, raw garlic clove with each meal. •Water is good when you have a cold. Staying hydrated will replace the fluids you lose due to your runny nose and sweating.Drinking water will also clear mucus buildup. •Mix fresh lemon juice and some honey (to sweeten) in a glass of warm water. Sip it while it is warm to ease the discomfort. Cough during pregnancy You can use following best home remedies for cough during pregnancy : Basil leaves and honey for cough during pregnancy A teaspoon of a paste made of basil leaves and honey can prove beneficial in soothing the symptoms. Alternatively, you can boil basil leaves in water, strain, add honey and drink. Honey subdues the pain in the throat. lemon, salt and black pepper Suck a slice of lemon with salt and black pepper on it to reduce the intensity of cough. Eat garlic for treating cough Eat garlic with meals 2-3 times a week to seek relief. Onion juice and honey for cold and cough Onion juice mixed with honey also acts as a good cold and cough syrup. Almonds, sugar and butter for cough A paste of soaked almonds (without their cover), sugar and butter is a potent remedy for dry cough. Chicken soup for cold and cough Chicken soup with onions and vegetables is nutritious as well as helpful in reducing soreness. Gargle with salt water for cold and cough Warm, salt-water gargles draw out the mucus and reduce the painful swelling in the throat. Salt also quells the itching sensation in the throat. Answer: Hello ma'am Congratulation for your pregnancy. In a pregnancy u should avoid medicine as much as possible and if u r suffering from cold and cough u can follow this home remedy for cold and cough:- 1) ginger tea - ginger tea in not only good in test also treated a common cold and cough . 2) take half spoon of honey , add few drop of lemon ,and a pinch of cinnamon , and take twice a daily . 3) drink luck warm water. 4) milk and turmeric . 5) gargle with salt water . 6) take honey , lime juice and warm water . 7) spiced tea - add tulsi ginger and black paper powder while preparing your tea . 8) amla 9) u can eat ginger tulsi mixture . 10) u can take honey and ginger . Answer: Hello When ur pregnant your entire body changes with it so does ur immune system. Due to these changes u might come in contact with cold or cough at some point in ur pregnancy the news is that even though u feel tired and fatigued the cold n cough is unlikely to affect ur baby. To combat these u have to be well hydrated exercise regularly eat ur pre natal vitamins take plenty of rest take ur meals on time place a humidifier in ur room or take steam. Drink warm tea. U can also eat pepper with honey lime and ginger it should help. Hope I helped
