Question: Hi, I m n my 28th week and my water level has decreased.. Don't know why.. Am worried. Kindly help me out how to increase my water level

Take maximum rest Avoid lifting weight Sleep on sides Most important ,drink plenty of fliuids . Have water,juices and a coconut water on daily basis .
