Answer: Having such food is never safe during pregnancy as it is not good for ur baby and ur health. I had the same cravings during my pregnancy hence I used to cook my mild version at home. With limited spices which I am able to manage. U can try that.

Try smaller, more frequent meals.
Drink plenty of water. ...
Watch what food you eat. ...
Avoid artificial sweeteners, carbonated drinks and fatty fried foods.
Under situations of severe gas, a small piece of jaggery will help relieve it.

So maximum dosage allowed is two grams per day. You can take it either in the form of chocolate or coffee or tea. More intake of caffeine can cause uterus contractions which is not safe for babies growth.Take care
