    Thank you

Answer: Yes dear, offcourse you can get pregnant, you should consult a good gynoclosit for proper treatment. Apart from the medicine, you should exercise rigorously and regularly. Also include a lot of veggies in your diet and avoid fat and sugar. This is going to help your pcos more than the meds prescribed. Also know, that you are at much higher risk to develop diabetes than the general population. Maintain a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life.

Question: how can i cure daily morning sickness
Answer: Eat small meals and snacks frequently throughout the day so your stomach is never empty. High-protein foods and complex carbohydrates might be especially helpful. Whatever you choose, eat it slowly.Don't lie down right after eating because this can slow digestion.Keep simple snacks, such as crackers, by your bed. When you first wake up, nibble a few crackers and then rest for 20 to 30 minutes before getting up. Snacking on crackers may also help you feel better if you wake up nauseated in the middle of the night.Get up slowly in the morning – sit on the bed for a few minutes, rather than jumping right up.Avoid foods and smells that trigger your nausea. If that seems like almost everything, it's okay to eat the few things that do appeal to you for this part of your pregnancy, even if they don't add up to a perfectly balanced diet.Eat dishes served cold or at room temperature because hot foods tends to have a stronger aroma.Don't eat fatty foods because these take longer to digest. Also steer clear of spicy, acidic, and fried foods, which can irritate your digestive system. It might help to stick to bland foods.Brush your teeth and rinse your mouth after eating.Drink fluids mostly between meals, but don't drink so much at one time that your stomach feels full because that will make you less hungry for food. Sipping fluids regularly throughout the day is a good strategy for staying hydrated without filling up. (The color of your urine indicates whether you're getting enough fluids: It should be clear or pale yellow. If it's dark yellow, that's a sign you need to drink more.)Cold, carbonated beverages may be easiest to keep down. Use a straw if that helps. Some women also find sour drinks, such as lemonade, more appealing. If you've been vomiting a lot, try a sports drink that contains glucose, salt, and potassium to replace lost electrolytes.Be aware of nonfood triggers that might trigger your nausea. These include a warm or stuffy room, the smell of heavy perfume, a car ride, or even certain visual stimuli, like flickering lights. So might changing positions too quickly.Get some fresh air by taking a walk or opening a window.Relax and take naps whenever you can – nausea can get worse if you're tired.Watching a TV show or spending time with a friend can relieve stress and take your mind off your discomfort.Try hypnosis. Although there's no definitive evidence that it helps with morning sickness, it has been shown to be effective in combating nausea during chemotherapy.Take your prenatal vitamins with food or just before bed. You also might want to ask your provider whether you can switch to a prenatal vitamin with little or no iron, at least for the first trimester, because this mineral can be hard on your digestive system. If the prenatal vitamin still makes you nauseated, ask your provider whether you can stop taking it until your nausea gets better as long you take a folic acid supplement to lower the risk of neural tube defects.Try ginger. Some swear by this alternative remedy for settling an upset stomach and relieving queasiness. Look for ginger ale made with real ginger, or grate some fresh ginger into hot water to make ginger tea.
