Question: Hi I'm 6th week pregnant.. actually I'm a working women.. i have to work by standing and walking Around 5 hours daily.. is it safe to my baby

Answer: Yes dear. If there are no complications then there is nothing to be worried. But just try to take rest after every 1.5 hour for 10-15 min. And also stretch ur body a bit. Keep yourself hydrated and eat healthy meals throughout the day. Hope it helps.

Answer:  yes dear you can do job with pregnancy but remember these things-- @ be careful especially in first 3 months. these are very crucial.  @ take care of your diet. you have to take 5 meals.  morning - 4 biscuits one glass chilled milk / tea. breakfast. never skip breakfast. one fruit ( except papaya, pineapple and grapes.)  lunch.  evening snacks healthy snacks like sprouts, paneer, fruits, oats, sandwitch and all. milk with biscuit or toast. fruits. dinner. @ standing and sitting both are not advisable for long time. @ dont take stress.  @ go for regular checkup  @ do some yoga after consulting your doctor.
